Smooth Outer Surface

In order to prevent print out on the material to be wound, we apply a special treatment to the tube’s outer surface depending on the application. We have a number of solutions for this:

• Outside ply ground and overlapped
• Outside ply ground and overlapped and polished without wax (seamless)
• Outside ply ground and overlapped and polished with wax (seamless)

This guarantees a surface with a roughness of less than 5 µm (Ra).
